About Us
wyemanagement was formed in 1991 from the training division of the General Motors Dealers Association. wyemanagement provides a full spectrum of training programs, workshops and speaking engagements across Canada and the United States, serving hundreds of automotive, heavy truck, RV, marine and agricultural dealerships, automotive OEM's and insurance carriers.
Training services include a full curriculum of entry level and advanced salesperson, business manager, sub-prime manager, renewal manager, internet manager, used vehicle manager and sales manager seminars and workshops from coast to coast. Services also include in-dealership training, on-site sales department assessments and consulting and in-dealership SALES PROCESS 360 installations. wyemanagement also develops and facilitates OEM bilingual training nationally, trains manufacturer Certified Pre-Owned Programs and produces sales training videos and satellite broadcasts.

When people are trained by a wye professional they are being trained by an experienced and knowledgeable trainer. All instructors and consultants have extensive backgrounds in the RETAIL automotive industry from selling on the showroom floor to general management and dealer operation in large metropolitan markets. Automotive corporate experience is also within the group. All instructors also possess a post-secondary education.
wyemanagement trainers deliver the programs with enthusiasm and intensity and have a passion for teaching and achieving measurable results with individuals and organizations.
Program facilitation utilizes lecture, group discussions, group exercises, role playing and written examinations to ensure retention of the training materials. Participants of training programs are also provided with the industry's most comprehensive text-based training manuals that can be used as permanent reference tools long after the training programs.
Our dedicated instructors also make themselves available to seminar / workshop graduates of programs long after program conclusion for on-going support and training assistance via e-mail and a toll free telephone support line.
