All instructors and consultants have extensive backgrounds in the retail automotive industry from selling on the showroom floor to general management and dealer operation in large metropolitan markets. Corporate management experience is also within the group. wyemanagement trainers deliver programs with enthusiasm and intensity and have a passion for teaching and achieving measurable results with individuals and organizations. Lead trainers Chris Schulthies, Hector Bosotti and Mario Loubier have trained internationally in the U.S., Canada and Australia.
Program facilitation utilizes lecture, group discussions, group exercises, role playing and written examinations to ensure retention of the training materials.
